REHABILITATION

" FUNCTIONAL TRAINING & CORRECTIVE EXERCISE "

Dr. Joe has over 10 years of experience rehabilitating athletes, weekend warriors, desk bound workers, and grandma and grandpa.  He has extensive experience rehabilitating injuries of all types, including traumatic, post-surgical, and overuse injuries.

Dr. Joe utilizes a range of treatment strategies to provide pain relief. He stresses the importance of activity or exercise modification and NOT traditional bed rest. By utilizing a partnership of passive care, such as a chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue work and active care, such as corrective exercise, his treatments have a positive effect on the entire body, which is vital for recovery and long lasting pain relief.

OUR APPROACH

All of our patients receive one-on-one hands-on treatment with Dr. Joe. Example treatment session may involve a chiropractic adjustment, soft tissue work, such as Active Release Technique or Graston and corrective exercises.  The goal of each treatment session is to not only alleviate pain but to improve the way the body moves and to decrease the likelihood of recurrences.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT

The cornerstone of any rehab program is a thorough evaluation. Time spent in assessment will save time in treatment. Unfortunately, this has been forgotten amognst many therapists. Treating the injury is half of the equation; addressing the dysfunction that led to the injury is the other. Cookie cutter approaches don't work, b/c no two injuries are the same. Come get the one-on-one attention you deserve.
