What is inflammation? Inflammation is the human body's response to injury, injury of any kind; be it from physical trauma or from poor nutritional eating habits. Simply eating the wrong foods alters the chemical makeup of the human body, which results in injury to our tissues. With every bite of food we take, we are either increasing or decreasing inflammatory chemicals that are released in our body. This is important because most chronic pains and diseases are caused by a state of long term poor nutritional eating habits.
