All personal training clients will receive a consultation to discuss specific goals, health history and a full-body movement screen to best assess their needs. Dr. Joe has experience working with a wide range of clientele ranging from fat loss to injury rehabilitation to sports performance. No matter the goal, Dr. Joe will build a program that is tailored to fit the client’s needs while also providing coaching and support to help attain those goals.

JUNIOR FITNESS
Designed for new lifters aged 14 and younger. Our emphasis is on teaching young lifters the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a safe learning environment. This approach will give the young lifter a leg up on the competition and life long health and wellness education.
ADULT FITNESS
Adult fitness is designed to help you move better and feel healthier than ever before. Each program is modified for your specific training level and will address injury reduction, mobility & flexibility, strength & stability, conditioning, power, nutrition, and most importantly education.
SENIOR FITNESS
Designed for the older active individual . As we age, the ability of the body to execute activities of daily living can be compromised. This program focuses on maintaining and restoring flexibility, strength, and balance.
